Pauline Chua is a busy business woman who uses her call-back service on her mobile phone almost every day without fail. "It's great because of the savings my company enjoys." Now what's interesting is all along, Pauline had been using her call-back service oblivious to a feature in her "Nokia" hand phone that could enhance it. It's called the "Send DTMF" function, and can be found in virtually all Nokia hand phones and some Samsung hand phones. It's a function that allows a call-back service to be used in conjunction with a mobile phone's address book, so that every time a call is made, contacts in an address book can be called out without having to manually key a number. When Pauline recently discovered how to use this feature, she was ecstatic. "Wow! This is just excellent! Making affordable calls from my mobile phone is so much easier now!"
Since then, Abitex's usage of the call back-service has doubled. Abitex also attributes this increase to the need to coordinate their two recent product launches - the "Love Sets" and their antique pottery collection.Pauline feels that as her company grows and mobile phone communication increases in her company, managing the cost of telecommunications is going to become more critical.
